Ahmad is a dedicated physiotherapist with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and an Honours BSc in Human Kinetics (Highest Distinction) from the University of Ottawa. With a deep understanding on the importance of movement and mobility for the enjoyment of everyday life, he is committed to helping clients recover, prevent injury, and optimize performance through a personalized, evidence-based approach.

Drawing from his experience as a high-performance soccer player in Europe, Ahmad understands the physical and mental demands of sport and injury. He specializes in orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation, holding a FIFA Medical Diploma in Football Medicine and advanced training in running injury rehabilitation. He works with athletes of all levels, helping them return to their sport stronger and more resilient.

Ahmad is also highly skilled in Manual Therapy, Spinal Manipulation, Needling techniques, and has advanced training in Vestibular & Concussion Rehabilitation —helping clients overcome dizziness, balance issues, and post-concussion symptoms. Dr. Veronica enjoys working with all ages to integrate proactive approaches to prevent recurrence. Dr. Veronica’s style of care is not only to alleviate pain, but to get down to the root cause to achieve optimal movement and function.

She has a special interest in women’s health and pediatrics. Dr. Veronica is certified in the Webster technique, Pediatric Intraoral Palate-Specific (PIPS) technique and continues to further her knowledge of pediatric and perinatal care.

Additionally, Dr. Veronica uses a variety of chiropractic techniques including manual adjustments, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercise programs, and patient education. Dr. Veronica is certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, cupping therapy and KT taping.

These techniques can be particularly helpful for women who are pre- and post- natal by establishing a balance in the pelvis while reducing stress to the uterus and supporting ligaments, promoting a healthier pregnancy and easier labour. It can help with discomforts such as back, neck or pelvic pain caused by postural changes, enhance nervous system function, reduce pressure from pubic symphysis dysfunction, and allow for better mobility and balance as pregnancy progresses.

Chiropractic care can be helpful for infants experiencing breastfeeding challenges, such as shallow latch, poor suction, or fatigue during feeds. Christina has had an interest in anatomy and human movement from a young age, leading her to complete a yoga teacher training program while in high school and then pursuing a degree in kinesiology at Memorial University of Newfoundland. After graduating with a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours), she worked in the Occupational Health and Safety field for several years before deciding to change to a career that aligned with her passions for anatomy and helping people.

Christina has always been fascinated by the interconnectedness of the body and all its systems, which drew her to osteopathy, a manual therapy that takes a holistic view of the body. She completed the four-year Manual Osteopathy program the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, earning her Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (MOMSc).

From his first personal experience with injury, Mark knew that his purpose would be to share with others the joy of regaining mobility and return to their normal. Consequently, Mark went on to complete his Honors B.Sc. in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa followed by his M.Sc. in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.

During his time in Toronto, Mark worked with some of the leading facilities in the country including his time with the Advanced Practice physical therapists at Mount Sinai’s joint assessment clinic, the Multi-Organ Transplant Unit at Toronto General Hospital and the Neurosurgery and Trauma Unit at St. Michael’s Hospital. His extensive experience across the spectrum of care allows him to better tailor your rehab program to goals, lifestyle and stage of recovery through exercise, education and a collaborative approach.
