Dr. Veronica enjoys working with all ages to integrate proactive approaches to prevent recurrence. Dr. Veronica’s style of care is not only to alleviate pain, but to get down to the root cause to achieve optimal movement and function.

She has a special interest in women’s health and pediatrics. Dr. Veronica is certified in the Webster technique, Pediatric Intraoral Palate-Specific (PIPS) technique and continues to further her knowledge of pediatric and perinatal care.

Additionally, Dr. Veronica uses a variety of chiropractic techniques including manual adjustments, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercise programs, and patient education. Dr. Veronica is certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, cupping therapy and KT taping.

These techniques can be particularly helpful for women who are pre- and post- natal by establishing a balance in the pelvis while reducing stress to the uterus and supporting ligaments, promoting a healthier pregnancy and easier labour. It can help with discomforts such as back, neck or pelvic pain caused by postural changes, enhance nervous system function, reduce pressure from pubic symphysis dysfunction, and allow for better mobility and balance as pregnancy progresses.

Chiropractic care can be helpful for infants experiencing breastfeeding challenges, such as shallow latch, poor suction, or fatigue during feeds. Dr. Veronica frequently supports infants with conditions such as torticollis, plagiocephaly, body tension, gastrointestinal issues like reflux or constipation, and coordination and developmental concerns.

Dr. Veronica attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, graduating Summa Cum Laude, after completing her Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa. She is a member in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
