Our Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) has extensive experience in cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) treatments, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion-focused therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and motivational interviewing for a wide variety of issues. Our clinician has additional training in acceptance-oriented treatment approaches. Our psychotherapist is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

CBT is a scientifically validated treatment that has been shown to lead to improved coping skills for a number of different types of challenges. Dr. Reena Mistry graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics, with honours from the University of Guelph and then went on to complete her chiropractic degree at Northeast College of Health Sciences in Seneca Falls, New York. She also obtained a certification in Medical Neurofunctional Acupuncture, from McMaster University.

Asef graduated in 2001 from the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Medicine Physical Therapy program. He has been providing evidence-based and patient-centered treatment for 20-years in both Alberta and Ontario.
