Growing up in the Kemptville area Eilish was always involved and interested in farming and
agriculture. Being an equestrian all her life, Eilish had an interest in the relationship between a
horse’s performance and their body mechanics. She went on to receive her Bachelor of
Science, majoring in Animal Science, from Dalhousie University in 2018. Following this, Eilish
worked at a therapeutic riding facility and observed the benefit of motion from riding, not just
physically, but also mentally for the riders.
With these experiences Eilish wanted to learn more about how the body functions as a unit as
well as the benefit of motion on all systems of the body and she went on to graduate with a

Consequently, Mark went on to complete his Honors B.Sc. in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa followed by his M.Sc. in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.
During his time in Toronto, Mark worked with some of the leading facilities in the country including his time with the Advanced Practice physical therapists at Mount Sinai’s joint assessment clinic, the Multi-Organ Transplant Unit at Toronto General Hospital and the Neurosurgery and Trauma Unit at St. Michael’s Hospital.
