Ahmad received his Honours BSc in Human Kinetics with the highest distinction from the University of Ottawa and went on to graduate from the University of Toronto with an MSc in Physical Therapy. Growing up participating in many sports and activities, Ahmad understands the importance of movement and mobility for the enjoyment of everyday life. Through his focus on education, Manual Therapy, and individualized exercise prescription, he aims to empower clients of all backgrounds to return to the activities that are meaningful to them. Ahmad is also trained in Acupuncture & Dry Needling.
Ahmad’s background competing in high-level Soccer in Europe immersed him in professional sporting environments and has given him the experience to understand the physical and mental impacts of injury on athletes. This is why he has a special interest in orthopaedics, and uses an evidence-based approach to allow his clients to get back to the sport they love and perform at their best.

From his first personal experience with injury, Mark knew that his purpose would be to share with others the joy of regaining mobility and return to their normal. Consequently, Mark went on to complete his Honors B.Sc. in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa followed by his M.Sc. in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.
During his time in Toronto, Mark worked with some of the leading facilities in the country including his time with the Advanced Practice physical therapists at Mount Sinai’s joint assessment clinic, the Multi-Organ Transplant Unit at Toronto General Hospital and the Neurosurgery and Trauma Unit at St. Michael’s Hospital.
His extensive experience across the spectrum of care allows him to better tailor your rehab program to goals, lifestyle and stage of recovery through exercise, education and a collaborative approach. Jordan was raised in Kincardine along the shores of Lake Huron, where from a young age she was involved in many outdoor activities and sports, including hockey, softball and downhill skiing. This led to her interest in the human body and how it is affected by movement and exercise. After completing her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, she went on to complete her Master’s of Science degree in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University.
