Hi, I’m Julia! I grew up in Ottawa, where my love for movement and curiosity about the body
began early through sport. I started playing competitive soccer at eight years old and continued
at the NCAA Division I level in the U.S. while earning my Bachelor’s in Exercise, Sport, and
Health Sciences. I later returned to Canada to complete my Master’s in Physical Therapy at the
University of Western Ontario.
My experiences with my own injuries, and supporting teammates and patients through theirs,
gave me a deep understanding of how injuries affect both body and mind. These experiences
have shaped my commitment to providing holistic care that addresses the whole person. I take
a collaborative approach, working with you to understand your goals and the factors influencing
your pain and function. Through education, movement programs, and manual therapy, I aim to
help you feel confident in your body and achieve your mobility and health goals.
Outside of the clinic, you will find me enjoying the outdoors, playing/watching sports, attending
live music events, and puzzling!
